With over 13 years experience within the commercial property sector in the North West, Jane specialises in commercial property valuations, development consultancy and agency and her clients include a range of major lenders, developers and investors.

Previously, Jane worked with Nationwide Building Society as a Senior Lending Manager, a Development Manager with a regional property investor/developer, and with King Sturge LLP, an international property consultancy where she was Partner and Head of Development Consultancy in the Manchester office.

Chad has extensive experience in the commercial property sector in the North West, specialising in commercial property valuations and investment consultancy and has strong relationships with a range of major lenders, developers and investors.

Chad was previously employed at King Sturge LLP, an international property consultancy, within their valuation department.

John has experience in the commercial property sector, in particular within Bolton and the surrounding areas. John specialises in commercial property agency across all property sectors.

John was previously employed at the Charles Topham Group , a regional property investor/developer.
